Join the Inside Out Project - A Global Participatory Art Project Coming to the Sunshine Coast

Attention Latin American Community on Sunshine Coast

The Inside Out Project is a global art project transforming messages of personal identity into incredible works of art all over the world. The D.I.V.E Theatre Collective on the Sunshine Coast is carrying out a Group Action for the project, collecting stories of local immigrants to celebrate them with a 75 square metre outdoor exhibition of 50 large portraits to be displayed in an outdoor public space in August.

Since winning the revered TED Prize in 2011, The Inside Out Project has been creating enormous works of art that presents portraits and personal stories of people across the globe. The project gives people an opportunity to tell their untold stories, share a moment of openness with the public and stand up for what they believe in. Plastered on walls, billboards and buildings all over the world, Inside Out spreads a message of inclusion and togetherness, tackling issues like poverty, religious intolerance, climate change and more in their ongoing mission to change the world one artwork at a time.
