Bolivia lives the worst dengue epidemic with 7,500 infected

Bolivia is on health alert to the spread of dengue in the country. Yesterday the health authorities reported a total of eight deaths, of which seven were under twelve. A figure close to the highest peaks recorded in recent decades. 

Suspicious cases amount to almost 48,000, of which 75% would be in the Santa Cruz region. According to health authorities, the country is experiencing the worst epidemic of recent years.
