Usman Iftikhar is the co-founder and CEO of Catalysr, an award-winning pre-accelerator for early-stage startups that runs intensive entrepreneurship programs for high-performing migrant and refugee entrepreneurs also known as Migrapreneurs. He helps migrapreneurs to find success in Australia by building their own tech startup.

Usman is a systems thinker with 8 years of diverse experiences in for-profits and not-for-profits in multiple countries. He enjoys art, history, science, technology, music, and education, with a futuristic outlook. His purpose lies in doing his bit to solve two major wicked problems - global warming, and the global refugee crisis through out-of-the-sphere solutions, currently focused on migrapreneurship and democratization of outer-space.
