Cristina Talacko was born in Brazil and migrated to Australia 20 years ago. She is the owner and founder of SalDoce Fine Foods, manufacturing, retailing and exporting health and allergen sensitive foods for those who have diet restrictions and health conditions and promoting sustainability through business practices. She is also the owner of two retail organic bulk foods stores called Naked Foods, promoting zero waste lifestyle.

Cristina is a true believer in freedom, democracy, entrepreneurism, multiculturalism, the environment and the empowerment of women in our society.
