Mirna Lopez-Freitag is the President of the Aurora Puerto Rican Cultural Council.  She was born in Aurora, IL and raised in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. Mirna owns her own business, Midwest Occupational Health Management Services in Aurora in addition to being employed at Edward Hospital in Naperville since 1999. She serves as Board President to Jesse “The Law” Torres Boxing Club in addition to being on the board of the Hispanic Heritage Advisory Board.  Mirna has a passion for helping the less fortunate and giving back to the community by volunteering for numerous organizations such as Feed My Starving Children, Hesed House, nursing home visits, food pantries, blood drives, toy drives and scholarship fundraising.
